Currently an OD Consultant and Trainer in HR, Leadership and Governance, Dr Kamaliki has horned expertise in HR Outsourcing; Restructuring; Recruitment & Selection; Performance Management; Workload Analysis; HR Skills Audit; Job Evaluation; Training & Development. He is a Board Member at the College of Human Resources Management where he chairs Education & Training Board Committee .
Dr Kamaliki commands excellent leadership skills . For instance, between April 2025 & August 2025, Dr Kamaliki was the Lead Consultant for Workload Analysis at Kenya Roads Board; Between September 2023 and Feb 2024, Dr Kamaliki led a team of 160 ICT Trainers through BINSTOPEJand successfully completed Digital Skills & Online Safety Training for 160 schools in 20 Counties funded by MasterCard Foundation through FAWE-Kenya.. In mid 2025, he spearheaded the recruitment and induction of 13 Chief Officers ( Accounting Officer) for the County Government of Kakamega.
