Dorcas is the immediate former Executive Director of the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM) , a regulatory body for HR practitioners in Kenya. She has provided HR guidance and advisory services to senior leadership at President and Vice President Level.
She has rich experience as a Consultant in Human Resources management & Development . Dorcas is a PhD candidate and a Certified Human Resources Professional ( CHRP) holding an MBA in HRM, Post-Graduate Higher Diploma in HRM and Bachelor of Education.
