Florence has over 20 years professional experience in procurement and contracts management. She is currently the International Procurement Specialist for World Bank funded Smallholder Agriculture Transformation and Agribusiness Revitalization Project (STAR-P) in Liberia. She  has previously worked as International Procurement & Contracts Management Specialist for KfW funded project under German Credit Facility to Assist the Return of IDPs in IRAQ (GCFI); Contracts Management Officer for the United Nations Support Office in Somalia, Nairobi office; Senior Procurement Expert for Kisumu Urban Project (AFD funded); Senior Procurement Specialist for the World Bank funded projects in Sout Sudan Agriculture sector; Senior Expert for Services Procurement for EPOS Health Management for the Technical Cooperation Programme in the Ministry of Public Health, Government of Afghanistan under the System Enhancement for Health Action in Transition (SEHAT) project co-financed by the World Bank, European Union (EU) and the Government of Afghanistan. Senior Procurement Officer, Athi Water Services Board; District Procurement Officer, Office of the president and Supplies Officer, Ministry of Local Government.
