When the Kenya National Examinations Council requested the Institute for an HR professional to help in moderating students’ HR projects, the first person on my mind was Tom of BINSTOPEJ Management Solutions, who did it with zeal and dedication. This has made Tom of BINSTOPEJ an admiration of many, including the Institute of Human Resources Management where I served as the Executive Director, as well as the College of Human Resources Management.
